FLEX Privacy Policy

1Information We Collect

Depending on the features you use, FLEX may process the following information:

Account information

When you create or use a FLEX account, we may process:

• Username
• Email address
• FLEX profile or account identifier
• Authentication provider, such as Apple, Google, or email
• Encrypted or hashed authentication information where applicable

FLEX does not store your Apple ID or Google password. Authentication credentials for Apple and Google are handled by those providers.

Game and CloudKit information

FLEX stores game progress using Apple CloudKit. Saved information may include:

• Currency and balances
• Inventory, items, pets, potions, fuels, and relics
• Pedestal contents
• FLEX Pass progress and entitlements
• Achievements and gameplay progress
• Settings and customization choices
• Purchase fulfillment records
• Administrative reward and command records
• Dates associated with saves, activity, rewards, and gameplay features

CloudKit information may be associated with the player’s FLEX profile and Apple iCloud account as necessary to provide cloud saving and synchronization.

Owner and support information

FLEX may create encrypted administrative snapshots to help us:

• Provide customer support
• Diagnose account or save problems
• Detect misuse or unexpected game activity
• View relevant player progress
• Deliver administrative messages, items, currency, or corrections
• Verify that administrative actions were applied correctly

These snapshots may include a player’s username, email address, player identifier, balances, inventory, pedestal contents, progress, recent activity, and save metadata. Sensitive snapshot contents are encrypted for access by authorized FLEX administration tools.

Purchase information

Purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store and StoreKit. We may receive information such as:

• Product purchased
• Transaction identifier
• Purchase date
• Entitlement status
• Purchase validation and fulfillment status

We do not receive or store your complete payment-card or bank-account information. Apple processes payment information according to its own privacy practices.

Advertising and usage information

FLEX may offer optional rewarded advertisements through Google AdMob. If you choose to view an advertisement, Google and its advertising partners may process information including:

• IP address and approximate location derived from it
• Device or advertising identifiers, when legally permitted
• Advertisements displayed or viewed
• Ad interactions and reward completion
• App interactions, such as launches, taps, and video views
• Device, operating-system, and application information
• Performance information
• Crash and diagnostic information
• Consent and advertising-preference information

Advertising providers may use this information to deliver, limit, personalize, measure, secure, and report advertisements, depending on your location and privacy choices.

FLEX provides five in-game rubies after an eligible rewarded advertisement is completed. The reward is virtual, non-transferable, usable only within FLEX, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

2How We Use Information

We may use information to:

• Create, authenticate, and maintain FLEX profiles
• Save and synchronize game progress
• Restore player data
• Process and fulfill purchases
• Provide optional rewarded advertisements
• Grant earned advertising rewards
• Prevent duplicate rewards, fraud, abuse, and unauthorized activity
• Provide customer support
• Diagnose errors and improve stability
• Maintain game security
• Send in-game administrative messages
• Correct player balances or inventories when appropriate
• Understand and improve game features
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable terms

3Advertising and Consent

FLEX uses Google AdMob to provide optional rewarded advertisements. Advertisements do not automatically interrupt normal gameplay. A player chooses whether to request a rewarded advertisement.

Where required, FLEX will request advertising consent before loading advertisements. Depending on the player’s location and choices, Google may provide personalized, non-personalized, limited, or contextual advertisements.

Players may decline advertising consent where that choice is legally required. Declining personalized advertising does not prevent access to the main Game, although advertisement availability and relevance may differ.

4App Tracking Transparency

If FLEX requests permission to track activity across applications or websites owned by other companies, iOS will display Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission screen.

You may deny this permission. FLEX’s primary gameplay remains available if tracking permission is denied. Advertisements may still be displayed without access to Apple’s advertising identifier.

5Privacy Choices

Where required, FLEX provides an in-game Privacy Choices option that allows eligible players to review or change advertising consent preferences.

You may also manage certain privacy and advertising settings through your iPhone’s Settings application. Available controls depend on your location, iOS version, and Apple or Google policies.

6How We Share Information

We may share or allow information to be processed by service providers only as needed to operate FLEX, including:

• Apple, for iCloud, CloudKit, Sign in with Apple, StoreKit purchases, application distribution, and related platform services
• Google, for Google authentication, AdMob advertising, consent management, advertising measurement, fraud prevention, and related services
• Technical providers that assist with security, diagnostics, or legally required operations

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to:

• Comply with applicable law, legal process, or government requests
• Protect the rights, safety, property, and security of players, FLEX, or others
• Investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or violations
• Complete a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of business assets, subject to applicable law

We do not sell players’ personal information for money. Certain advertising activities may be legally defined as “selling,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising in some jurisdictions. Eligible players may exercise the choices described in this policy and within FLEX.

7Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:

• Operate and secure FLEX
• Maintain player accounts and game saves
• Fulfill purchases and earned rewards
• Provide customer support
• Prevent fraud and duplicate transactions
• Meet legal, accounting, tax, and regulatory obligations
• Resolve disputes and enforce agreements

Retention periods may vary according to the type of information and the reason it is maintained.

Information managed independently by Apple or Google is subject to those companies’ retention practices.

8Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect player information. These measures include CloudKit access controls, encrypted administrative snapshots, signed administrative commands, Apple platform protections, and restricted administrative access.

However, no system of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9Account and Data Deletion Requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your FLEX account by emailing:

Please include enough information to identify the relevant FLEX profile, such as its username and account email. Do not send passwords, payment-card information, Apple ID passwords, Google passwords, or other sensitive credentials.

We may need to verify that you control the account before completing a request. Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, transaction, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Deleting FLEX information does not automatically delete information independently maintained by Apple, Google, or another service provider.

10Children’s Privacy

FLEX is a general-audience game and is not directed specifically to children. FLEX is not offered as an application in Apple’s Kids Category.

11International Processing

Service providers supporting FLEX may process information in the United States and other countries. Privacy protections and legal requirements may differ between jurisdictions. Where required, information will be handled using appropriate legal safeguards.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights concerning personal information, including the right to:

• Request access
• Request correction
• Request deletion
• Request a copy of certain information
• Restrict or object to certain processing
• Withdraw consent
• Opt out of certain targeted advertising, selling, or sharing
